Boy is it beautiful outside – at least here in the midwest! Warm weather means flip flops, shorts, NO MORE bulky coats, and light weight cute scarves (rather than heavy scarves wrapped so tight you only see your eyes). And of course a rocking real estate market! Vacant home staging is a service that we at Changeit have provided for 8 years. The fun part is that I get to shop and I get to decorate! I wanted to show a couple pics that are from a beautiful home we staged last week.

Color is also an important factor in staging. I wanted to create some pops of color amongst the calming feel of this home. I brought in the cream sofa, chair, and rug to soften the brown floor, trim, and walls. Adding the blue and of course orange ( you all know I love orange) is a must with this simple color palette.
Accessorizing is the icing on the cake. Don’t over do the accessorizing, we just want enough “stuff” to help add to the warmth, and to bring some added color….
